Each week focuses on a different topic, and each day, you have a tiny action to take.

Week 1 ->  How to develop a go-get-it attitude and become fearless

Week 2 & 3 ->  60% of our actions are based on habits. You will learn how to deconstruct and rebuild new ones.

Week 4 ->  How to be able to focus, so you can be more productive and energetic throughout your day.
Week 5 -> 
What will happen if you start being kind with yourself?
Week 6 -> 
How powerful and crucial it is to set some boundaries to protect your energy and time.
Week 7 -> 
How to hold yourself accountable and follow your goals.
